Đặng Việt Dũng is the General Manager of Uber Vietnam. Uber is a very cool start-up at global scale, leveraging disruptive technology to improve supply-demand coordination and productivity of the transport and logistics industries in over 300 cities in the world. Vietnam has been embracing Uber with open arms, making its mark as the fastest growing market for Uber globally.
Prior to Uber, Đặng Việt Dũng worked with ABInbev developing and executing route-to-market strategies for the young and upward trending brand Budweiser (tastes great). Before his gig at ABInbev, Đặng Việt Dũng had enjoyed four years frequenting airports with McKinsey & Company advising C-level clients in Asia and Europe on strategic topics with Banking, Oil and Gas, Heavy Industrials and Government as focused sectors.
Đặng Việt Dũng earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Amherst College in Massachusetts. He was too fond of the New England winter that he decided to come back to Boston and finished the first year of the MBA program at Harvard Business School.
